Shihyun made her first youtube video in 2015, 5 years later, her two youtube channels had a total of 13 million views. She submitted to first film festival in Oct. 2016, 5 years later, she won over 1000 IMDb awards. She won first Worldfest Houston award in 2020, and in 2021, she won 7 awards as director in 54th Worldfest Houston. Encouraged by it, she made more films and in 2022, she won 11 awards, 9 as director, writer, producer. And her Hiphop music video - Hollywood dream not a dream, won Special Jury Award when she took on the additional job as song writer on top of her usual editor, director, writer hat.
